Pre-trial for Zachary R. Newberry, 21CF44, possession of a firearm without a valid foid card, was contin- ued to August 26, 2021.
Adam M. Passoni, 20CF240, meth delivery 15 or more, but less than 100 grams. The defendant plead guilty in a negotiated settlement of the case. The defendant was sentenced to 11 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with credit for 306 days served and three years supervised release.
Robin A. Sheets, 20CF198, theft, pre-trial was continued to July 29, 2021.
