Steven S. Frost, 20CF126, aggravated battery, notice to appear. Preliminary hearing was set August 12, 2021.

Jacob O. Banning, 21CF182, domestic battery. The defendant waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Pre-trial was set July 9, 2021.

Justin M. Bright, involved in several felony matters including, 21CF181, domestic battery. The defendant waived his right to prelimi- nary hearing. Pre-trial was set August 16, 2021.

Pre-trial for Richard E. Busboom, 19CF333, theft, was continued to August 5, 2021.

Kevin R. Hendricker, 18CF321, domestic battery. The defendant entered a plea of a guilty. Sentencing hear- ing was set August 31, 2021 at 1:15 p.m.
