Kyle J. Adkins, 21CF172, unlawful delivery of meth five grams or less, first appearance. First appear- ance with counsel was set August 23, 2021.
Douglas W. Cowell, 19CF314, violation of order of protection, pre-trial was continued to August 26, 2021. Jury trial was set October 4, 2021 at 8:30 a.m.
Preliminary hearing for Matthew W. Hoover, involved in several felony matters, including 21CF188, possession of meth five grams or less. Pre- trial was set July 29, 2021.
Alyshia M. Rightnowar, 19CF94, aggravated animal cruelty. The defendant plead guilty in a negotiated settlement of the case. The defendant was sentenced to two years probation and 38 days in county jail, with credit for 19 days served.
Lacsey L. Sparling, 21CF133, unlawful use of credit/debit card, first appearance with counsel. Preliminary hearing was set August 12, 2021.
