Patrick J. Penkala, 19CF185, retail theft. The defendant plead guilty in a negotiated settlement of the case. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months of probation and payment of fines, costs and restittuion.
Kyle G. Sheley, 19CF180, theft, pre-trial was continued to September 20, 2021.
