PANA — On July 15, 2021, the Shelby County State’s Attorney’s Office filed a three count Information against Justine A. Vernon of Pana, Illinois. The charges alleged include: one count of Burglary (Class 2 Felony); one count of Theft (Class 3 Felony); and one count of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine (Class 3 Felony).
