CLAIM NOTICE AND NOTICE PURSUANT TO 755 ILCS 5/9-5(b)

 

Notice is given of the death of HALEY SHOOT, who died on April 8, 2021, in Christian County, Illinois.  Letters of Administration were issued on July 13, 2021, to ASHLEY WOODS of Springfield, Illinois, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney is Jonathan T. Nessler of the Law Offices of Frederick W. Nessler & Associates, Ltd., 536 North Bruns Lane, Suite One, Springfield, Illinois 62703.

 

Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court, Christian County Circuit Clerk, 101 South Main St., Taylorville, Illinois 62568, or with the representative or both on or before (Date of First Run), and any claim not filed by such date is barred. Other time limitations might apply. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
