A certified copy of the Last Will & Testament was filed on December 10th 2020 with the Circuit Clerk in Christian County, Illinois regarding the death of Rita L Roth (deceased) of the City of Pana, Illinois.

 

In accordance with the Last Will & Testament, Delores J Schafer is named as the Executor. Claims against the estate may be filed with the Christian County Circuit Clerk or with the Executor or both on or before January 28th, 2022 and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Executor within ten days after it has been filed.
