The C.E.F.S. Economic Opportunity Corporation is soliciting bids from food service vendors. Bids are being solicited for service to the Head Start Program’s site in Altamont, Effingham, Louisville, Pana, Taylorville, & Vandalia. Approximately 270 lunches will be needed Monday thru Friday. The proposed operating days will run from August 23, 2021 thru May 31, 2022. All contracts are subject to review by the Illinois State Board of Education. To obtain a bid packet, contact:

The deadline for bid submission is Tuesday, August 10, 2021 no later than 10:00 a.m. A public bid opening will take place on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the C.E.F.S. Central Office located at 1805 S. Banker St. in Effingham, IL.
