Notice is given of the death of LEE ROY DELAY. Letters of Office – Decedent’s Estate were issued on July 22, 2021, to Brent Lee DeLay and Kent Eugene DeLay, Independent Co-Executors, c/o Beavers, Calvert, Brotherton & Frisch, 221 West Main Cross, PO Box 320, Taylorville, Illinois 62568.

 

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Cour, Christian County Courthouse, PO Box 617, Taylorville, IL 62568, or with the representatives, or both, on or before January 22, 2022, which date is not less than six months from the date of the first publication of this ntoice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten days after it has been filed.
