NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CONCERNING THE INTENT OF

THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF

TRUSTEES OF

THE VILLAGE OF

KINCAID, CHRISTIAN COUNTY, ILLINOIS

TO SELL $43,000 GENERAL

OBLIGATION LIMITED TAX BONDS

 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Kincaid, Christian County, Illinois (the “Village”), will hold a public hearing on the 9th day of August, 2021, at 7:00 o’clock P.M.  The hearing will be held at the Village Hall, 115 Central Avenue, Kincaid, Illinois.  The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to sell bonds of the Village in the amount of not to exceed $43,000 to finance capital improvements in and for the Village, to pay outstanding obligations of the Village and to pay expenses incident thereto.
