Against the people
How can a government that’s supposed to be By the People and For the People do everything that seems to be against the people? Illinois has the second highest property taxes in the nation. People are fleeing the state. We rank 48th in new home builds. Our Governor loves illegals, aka criminals. Dick Durbin likewise loves them. Illinois hates law abiding gun owners. They try to make it more difficult every year, but they never pass and enforce stricter laws against people who commit crimes with guns. These legislators are sworn to uphold the Constitution and protect our boarders against all enemies, foreign and domestic. They should all be impeached. The whole January 6th thing is a smoke screen. All the Dems care about is trying to keep Trump from running in 2024. They don’t care about BLM and ANTIFA setting fire to government buildings and causing millions of dollars in private property damage. Any cognitive person ought to be able to figure out what’s going on in this country. God Bless President Trump!
Follow the science
For those of you who are whining about Joe Biden and his trying to follow the science about using masks and getting vaccinations, ponder this. When Trump got into office in 2017, the freight fee for containers shipping from China was around $180.
After 4 years of his tariffs, name-calling, and foaming at the mouth about the “China virus,” that fee is now $14,000.
Take it to governor
I cannot understand the parents who are saying they will not send their children to school with a mask, but they want them to participate in extra curricular activities. If school isn’t good enough for your prince or princess because of a mask, why is it good enough for extra curricular activities? Quit blaming the school and take it to the governor. I also hope the school refuses remote learning as an option. This is too hard on everyone. These are the same parents who will complain about every aspect of remote learning not being good enough. If you don’t like the mask rule and you want to keep your child home, then homeschool.
Making many sick
Christian County residents please take Covid seriously. New cases each day now in the 30s – many many more than last year when things were shut down. Record numbers, but peolpe still get no vaccibnations, wear no masks, go to group events, eat in restaurants, etc. First the fair, then the shindig at South Fork that pulled in hundreds from other states last weeknd, and next school. These group parties are mak- ing many sick and killing some.
