Court appearances
Published court appear- ances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Brad Paisley presided over the following cases on Aug. 9, 2021:
Priscilla A. Leone, 21CF138, possession of meth five grams or less, made first appearance with counsel was postponed until Sept. 24, 2021. Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel.
Brandon R. McCaughn, 20CF254, meth delivery
between five and 15 grams, made first appearance. Conflict’s Public Defender Greg Grigsby was appointed counsel. First appearance with counsel is Aug. 12, 2021. Bond is $25,000 (10% cash applies).
Tyler W. Miller, 20CF262, aggravated battery of a peace officer and resisting arrest, pled guilty in a negotiated settlement of the case. The defendant pled guilty to Count II and was sentenced to two years probation with fines and fees totaling $704. Count I of the case was dis- missed as was a misde- meanor case.
First appearance for Alma E. Nerone, 21CF242, retail
theft more than $300, resulted in probable cause being found. The defendant was released on $5,000 recognizance bond. Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel. First appearance with counsel is Sept. 21, 2021.
Quentin N. Prasun- Burnett, 21CF195, posses- sion of a stolen vehicle and 21CF216, burglary, made first appearance. A hearing for bond increase was set for Aug. 11, 2021.
Pre-trial for Charlene L. Ray, 21CF17, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Sept. 21, 2021.
