Brehia N. Alaria, 21CF191, aggravated battery of a peace officer and resisting a peace officer made first appearance with counsel was continued until Aug. 26, 2021. First appearance for Steven J. Cain, 21CF244, violation of sex registration, resulted in Public Defender Tiffany Senger being appointed counsel. The defendant was released on a $5,000 recognizance bond. First appearance with counsel is Sept. 13, 2021.
Joshua C. Hawthorne, 21CF29, possession of meth five grams or less and 21CF207, meth delivery between 15 and 100 grams and two counts of use of property to manufacture meth, made first appearance with counsel was continued until Sept. 13, 2021.
First appearance for Krystal L. Nation, 21CF243, aggravated battery in a public place, resulted in probable cause being found. A bond hearing is set for Aug. 11, 2021. Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel.
Bond hearing for Justin L. Price, 17CF196, possession of a controlled substance, was continued for final pre- trial on Sept. 20, 2021.
