Notice is given of the death of SHERRY LOUISE DENNIS of Moweaqua, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on August 6, 2021 to DONNA EVELYN MARIE SANDERS as Independent Executor, whose attorney is Monroe D. McWard of McWard Law Office, 107 South Washington Street, Taylorville, Illinois 62568.

 

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Christian County Courthouse, 101 South Main Street, Taylorville, Illinois 62568, or with the representative, or both, on or before February 7, 2022, which date is not less than six months from the date of the first publication of this notice, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten days after it has been filed.
