necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Fourth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Amanda Brad Paisley presided over the fol- lowing cases on Aug. 12, 2021:
Shalee M. Bayne, 18CF236, possession of meth five grams or less, made first appearance with counsel for a petition to revoke probation and the defendant denied the allega- tions. Pre-trial is set for Sept. 14, 2021.
Velma L. Copeland, 21CF220, criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000, made first appear- ance and Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel. First appearance with counsel is Sept. 17, 2021.
Pre-trials for Dontrell D. Franks, 21CF116, possession of a controlled substance, and
19CF330, two counts of for- gery, were continued until Sept. 23, 2021 for presenta- tion of a possible plea agree- ment.
Steven S. Frost, 20CF126, aggravated battery with intent to do great bodily harm; aggra- vated battery in a public place; and mob action, had pre-trial continued until Aug. 13, 2021. In addition, there was a status hearing in 21CF64, criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000, which was continued until the same date.
Hearing for a petition to revoke probation for Molly J. Grigsby, 18CF164, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Aug. 19, 2021.
John L. Hott, Jr., 17CF281, criminal sexual assault to a family member, had first appearance with counsel con- tinued until Sept. 28, 2021. Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel.
Pre-trial for Matthew A. Hurley, 21CF1, criminal tres-
pass to residence, had pre-trial continued until Sept. 23, 2021.
First appearance with coun- sel for Brandon R. McCaughn, 20CF254, meth delivery between five and 15 grams, was continued until Aug. 27, 2021.
Dylan J. Russell, 21CF228, aggravated DUI/no valid dri- ver’s license and aggravated fleeing police, had first appear- ance with counsel continued until Aug. 26, 2021. In addi- tion, there was pre-trial in 20CF246, two counts of aggra- vated battery in a public place which was continued until the same date.
Pre-trial for Robert C. Scott, 18CF326, residential burglary and criminal damage to prop- erty less than $500, was con- tinued until Sept. 23, 2021.
Nikki A. Snow, 20CF72, theft less than $500, had a bond forfeiture hearing and judgment was to forfeit bond
