TOWER HILL — Shelby County State’s Attorney Nichole Kroncke announced that on August 9, 2021, a two count Information against Carla M. Durbin of Tower Hill, Illinois. The charges alleged include: two counts of Aggravated Battery (Peace Officer) (Class 2 Felony). The pending charges are merely allegations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Bail was set at $100,000.00
The charges stem from an investigation conducted by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department.
