NOTICE IS GIVEN YOU, KENNETH CRUZAN, respondent(s), and too al whom it may concern, that on August 6, 2021, a petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act by the Christian County State’s Attorney in this court and that in the courtroom of Judge Amanda Ade-Harlow in the Christian county Courthouse, Third Floor, Courtroom B, Taylorville, Illinois, on September 8, 2021 at 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter as this case  may be heard, an adjudicatory hearing will be held upon the petition to have the minor declared to be a ward of the court and for other relief under that Act. The court has authority in this case to take from you the custody and guardianship of the minor, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption of the minor if the petition so requests.

 

UNLESS YOU  appear at the hearing and show cause to the contrary, AN ORDER OR JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT MAY BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF ASKED IN THE PETITION.
