EDINBURG — Edinburg Labor Day Picnic will host a Community Blood Drive from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 4 at 105 West Masonic Street, inside Donor Bus parked near corner of Masonic and Eaton streets. The donor bus will be parked there.
To donate, please contact Daniel Swinson at (217) 685-1902 or visit www.bloodcenter.org and use code 61370 to locate the drive. You may also call ImpactLife to schedule at 800-747- 5401. Masks and appointments are required.
Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age (16 with parental permis- sion form available through www.blood- center.org) and weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D. is required to donate. For questions about eligibility, please call ImpactLife at (800) 747-5401. Donors who last gave blood on or before July 10, 2021 are eligible to give at this drive.
Blood donation is a safe, simple procedure that takes about 45 minutes to one hour. Individuals with diabetes or controlled high blood pressure may be accepted as eligible donors.

All donors will receive a voucher for either a lightweight long sleeve zip pullover or a $10 gift card redeemable at Amazon, Target, Starbucks, Lowe’s, Dunkin Donuts or Walmart. All donors will also be entered in a drawing to win $500.
