Taylorville Arrests:
August 14:
Jacob L. Stephens, 40, Taylorville, was arrested for reckless driving and driving while suspended.
Angela M. Rogers, 32, Taylorville, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
August 15:
Zachary D. Silvy,18, Pana, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and endangering the life and health of a child.
Matthew B. Declerck, 39, Stonington, was arrested for driving under the influence.
August 16:
Ann Stafford, 51, Taylorville, was arrested by TPD on new charges of criminal trespass, retail theft and burglary and for a Failure to Appear warrant for burglary.
Christian County Sheriff’s Office Arrests:
August 16:
Nickolas Rabideau, 34, Springfield, was arrested by CCSO on a Failure to Appear warrant for DUI.
Accidents:
On August 15, Dagen Reed of Assumption and Gerry Myers of Shelbyville were involved in a crash at the intersection of First and Hickory in Assumption. Reed was eastbound in a 2013 Dodge and Myers was north- bound in a 2020 Ford when the vehicles crashed in the intersec- tion. Reed’s vehicle continued after the crash and struck a res- idence on the northeast side of the intersection causing damage to the residence. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were towed.
