Pana Arrests:
August 17:
Justin Bland, 46, Pana was arrested by PPD on an Failure to Appear warrant for criminal dam- age to property.
Accidents:
On August 14, 2021, Rebecca Fehrenbacher of Decatur was backing her 2015 Nissan onto West Martin Street in Edinburg when she struck a parked 2018 Volkswagon owned by Diana Sloper. There were no injuries or tow. Both vehicles received damage.
On August 16, 2021, Taylor buchen of Lerna was Eastbound on Illinois Route 16 when she lost control of the 2003 Ford she was driving. Buchen drove into the south ditch at Bailey Lane, struck a ditch and overturned. All occupants of the vehicle were transported to Pana Community Hospital. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Buchen was issued citations for no valid drivers license and no valid insurance.
