Take notice that on August 19, 2021, a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and for

Appointment of Guardian with Power to Consent to Adoption was filed under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 in the Circuit Court of Christian County in the above-captioned cause and that on September 22, 2021, in Courtroom B of the Christian County Courthouse, 101 South Main Street,

Taylorville, Illinois [62568], at the hour of 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard, a hearing will be held on the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights of Dean Weller and Any and All Unknown Fathers. THE COURT HAS THE AUTHORITY IN THIS PROCEEDING TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS AND TO APPOINT A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION. IF THE PETITION REQUESTS

THE TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS AND THE APPOINTMENT OF A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION, YOU MAY LOSE ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS TO THE CHILD UNLESS YOU APPEAR.
