FOSTER PARENT LAW

IMPLEMENTATION PLANS AVAILABLE

FOR REVIEW AND COMMENT

 

Foster Parent Law Implementation Plans for every DCFS region and child welfare agency with a contract  to provide foster care services will be available for citizens to review and submit written comments  during the month of September 2021. Call your local agency or DCFS regional office to request a copy of the  plan or stop by and request a copy. If you wish to make comments, submit them in writing by October 1, 2021 to the office from which you obtained the plan.
