Pre-trial for Shane A. Mosley, 20CF3030, aggravated battery, was continued to October 19, 2021 at 1:15 p.m. Jury trial was set November 1, 2021 at 8:30 a.m.
Matthew S. Tarrant, 21CF91, burglary. The defendant plead guilty in a negotiated settlement of the case. The defendant was sentenced to 180 days in County jail with credit for 90 days served, 6 months of conditional discharge, and payment of $500 fine plus assessments.
