Sindy L. Bunch, 21CF253, resisting peace officer, bail review. Preliminary hearing was set September 3, 2021.

Stacey E. Karnes, 19CF299, aggravated battery in a public place, plead guilty in a negotiated settle- ment of the case. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months of probation and payment of a $500 fine plus assessments.

Plea hearing for Megan M. Klespitz, 19CF226, theft, was continued to October 12, 2021.

Preliminary hearing for Jacob C. Krouse, 21CF189, felony possession/use of a firearm. Pre-trial was set October 1, 2021.
