Nathan E. Pinnel, 21CF254, manufacturing/delivering cannabis, first appearance with counsel. Preliminary hearing was set September 30, 2021.

Devin G. Prose, 19CF37, possession of a controlled substance, status hearing was continued to October 28, 2021.

Tracy L. Stevens, 21CF9, possession of meth five grams or less, status hearing. Preliminary hearing was set October 15, 2021.

Status hearing for Curtis L. Worker, 17CF88, driving on a revoked/suspended license. Pre-trial was continued to October 14, 2021.

Wyatt L. Batty, 20CF396, criminal trespassing. The defendant plead guilty in a negotiated settlement of the case. The defendant was sentenced to second chance probation for two years and ordered to pay fines and assessments.

Pre-trial for Justin M. Bright, involved in several felony cases including 21CF212, criminal damage to government property, was continued to September 21, 2021 at
1:15 p.m. Jury trial was set October 4, 2021 at 8: 30 a.m.

Leslie W. Brun, 21CF150, forgery, preliminary hearing. Status hearing was set October 19, 2021.

Status hearing for Brian Ferguson, 16CF229, home invasion, was continued to September 28, 2021.

Daniel M. Logan, 20CF165, theft, plea hear- ing was continued to October 22, 2021.

Danielle P. Peters, 20CF244, aggravated battery in a public place, pre- trial was continued to October 12, 2021.

Louis E. Sullivan, 20CF41, battery, plea hearing was continued to October 18, 2021.
