Taylorville Arrests
August 26, 2021:
John L. Hott, 32, Taylorville was arrested for possession of meth.
August 27, 2021:
Emileigh K. King, 22, Litchfield, was arrested for a FTA warrant for theft.
Christian County Sheriffs Office Arrests
August 26, 2021:
Tilur Miller , 27, Taylorville was arrested by CCSO on an original warrant for aggravated battery.
Edinburg Arrests
August 26, 2021:
Michael Morrissey, 34, Stonington was arrested by Edinburg police for possession of a stolen vehicle and resisting a peace officer.
Accidents:
On 08-24-21 Robert Durbin was northbound on County Highway 22 in Mt. Auburn township driving a 1994 Freightliner. Durbin stated a southbound truck came into his lane. Durbin swerved to miss the truck, went into the east ditch and overturned. Durbin was transported to the hospital and the vehicle was towed. The southbound truck which caused the crash did not stop.
