Tilur M. Miller, 21CF257, aggravated battery in a public place, first appearance with counsel. Preliminary hearing was set September 21, 2021 at 8:45 a.m.
Quintin M. Prasun-Burnett, 20CF291, possession of a stolen vehicle. The defendant waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Pre-trial was set September 10, 2021.
Pre-trial for Jerry W. Riggs, 20CF147, meth delivery, was continued to October 1, 2021.
Cory A. Skinner, 19CF62, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, pre-trial was continued to October 1, 2021.
Logan J. Wilson, 21CF221, aggravated domestic battery, status on preliminary hearing was set September 10, 2021.
Delano E. Denson, 19CF405, burglary. The defendant plead guilty in a negotiated settlement of the case. The defendant was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 24 days in coun- ty jail with credit for 12 days served, payment of fines and assessments, and completion of substance abuse treatment.
Andea N. Dixon, 17CF267, possession of a controlled substance, sen- tencing hearing. The defendant was sentenced to one year in IDOC and one year mandatory supervised release.
John L. Hott Jr, 21CF258, possession of meth five grams or less, first appearance with coun- sel. Preliminary hearing was set September 22, 2021.
