Notice is given of the death of JOHN W. WARD, of Mt. Auburn, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on August 25, 2021, DORIS JEAN WARD as Independent Executor, 101 S. Elm Street; Mt. Auburn, IL 62547, and whose attorney is DelGIORNO LAW OFFICE, LLC; 2160 S. Sixth St., Ste. E, Springfield, IL 62703.
Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court at Christian County Courthouse, 101 S. Main St., Taylorville, IL 62568, or with the representative, or both, within 6 months from the 1st day of September, 2021, being the date of first publication of this Notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
