Jagur D. Battles, 20CF211, invalid FOID/possession of firearm, had pre-trial contin- ued until Oct. 28, 2021.
Pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation for Dylan L. Carroll, 16CF204, criminal damage to government prop- erty, was continued until Oct. 15, 2021. In addition, there were pre-trials and a notice to appear in three other felony cases which were all continued until the same date.
Sharon L. Colston, 21CF137, intimidation/crim- inal offense and possession of meth five grams or less, had preliminary hearing contin- ued until Oct. 22, 2021.
Motion hearing for Robert M. Hodson, 21CF129, aggravated DUI involving accident/death, was continued for pre-trial on Nov. 18, 2021.
Alexander F. King, 18CF343, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre- trial and the defendant pled guilty to the charge in a nego- tiated settlement of the case. He was sentenced to two years of probation.
Christopher M. Norris, 19CF55, possession of meth between 15 and 100 grams and meth delivery between 15 and 100 grams and 21CF18, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trials contin- ued until Oct. 22, 2021.
Status hearing for James O. Pike, 19CF82, burglary, was continued for a pay-or- appear hearing on Oct. 13, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.
Status hearing for Markes N. Rodgers, 17CF190, mur- der with intent to kill/injure and aggravated discharge of a firearm, was continued until Oct. 28, 2021.
Bradley R. Worker, 21CF67, aggravated battery in a public place, had pre- trial continued until Oct. 28, 2021. The November jury trial date was vacated.
