NOTICE TO PUBLIC

The Department of Children and Family Services has received a request to change the type of program run by Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness. The Aunt Martha’s COVID Quarantine Center will now house up to eight youth with behavioral health issues in the facility when there are no COVID impacted children in the facility. The facility is located at 14401 S. Pulaski Road in Midlothian, Illinois.  The zip is 60445.
