Sept. 14:

Robert Biggs, 24, Edinburg, was arrested by Assumption police on a failure to appear in court warrant for retail theft. Matthew Burrus, 43, Pana, was arrested by Pana police on a failure to appear in court warrant for a controlled substance charge. Joseph Hicks, 57, Pana, was arrested by Pana police for theft over.
