TAYLORVILLE—The Tornado Boys Golf team held their final regular season match on Monday afternoon. Taking on the Shelbyville Rams on a gorgeous day out at Lake Shore Golf Course. Taylorville went on to top Shelbyville for their last win beating the Rams by a score of 197-222.
Top golfer for the Tornadoes and on the afternoon for the match was Ryan Johnson. The senior won medalist for the match and finished with a solid final score of 43. Right behind him was Sophmore Luke Markwell. Markwell ended his match with a score of 48. No one on the Taylorville team
had a score over 60 points. Taylorville finished the year with a final regular season record of 6-11.
The Tornadoes will host regionals at Lake Shore this Wednesday morning. Tee time will be 8:00 am.
