Carolyn Sue Busby, 81 of Mustang, Okla., formerly of Peoria and Taylorville, died on September 22, 2021, at 5:30 a.m.

A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 1, 2021, at McClure Funeral Home, with Reverend Rodney Blomquist officiating. Burial will follow at Old Stonington Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. McClure Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
