Published court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Brad Paisley presided over the following cases on Oct. 14, 2021:
Matthew G. Beck, 21CF272, burglary, had preliminary hearing and probable cause was found. Pre-trial is Dec. 9, 2021. In addition, there were pre-trials in two other felony cases which were continued until the same date.
Pre-trial for Bree A. Beeson, 19CF284, two counts of aggravated DUI/3, was continued until Nov. 8, 2021.
Abigail D. Brest, 19CF124, possession of meth between five and 15 grams, had pre- trial continued until Dec. 16, 2021.
Steven S. Frost, 20CF126, aggravated battery with intent to do great bodily harm; aggravated battery in public place; and mob action and 21CF64, criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000, pled guilty in a negotiated settlement of the case. The defen- dant pled guilty to Count II in 21CF64. Counts I and III were dismissed as part of the plea agreement. The defendant pled guilty in case 20CF126. He was sentenced to two years of probation in each case to run concurrent- ly. He served two days in the Christian County Jail with credit for one day served
(good time credit) in case 126. Fines and fees total $1,542 in case 64.
Chism L. Haworth, 20CF156, meth delivery five grams or less and 21CF41, meth delivery between five and 15 grams; manufac- ture/delivery of one to 15 grams of heroin; and cause a child to be endangered, had pre-trials and a motion to substitute Judge Paisley has been filed. A hearing date before another judge is to be set.
Jacob L. Kirchoff, 19CF365, meth delivery five grams or less had pre-trial continued until Nov. 8, 2021.
Jeremiah A. Webber, 19CF39, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre- trial continued until Dec. 2, 2021.
