Published court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Brad Paisley presided over the following cases on Oct. 28, 2021:
A hearing for Angela S. Bourke, 20CF259, meth delivery between five and 15 grams and possession of meth five grams or less and 21CF36, two counts of possession of meth five grams or less, was continued for a 402 Conference on Nov. 3, 2021 at 8:45 a.m. Pre-trial is Nov. 12, 2021.
Sandy L. Bunch, 21CF253, resisting a peace officer, had pre-trial continued until Nov. 8, 2021.
Carissa T. Hodge, 20CF131, aggravated batter of a peace officer and battery with intent to do great bodily harm, had pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation, was continued until Jan. 20, 2022.
Michael P. Loflin, 16CF59, criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual assault, had pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation was continued for hearing on Dec. 17, 2021 at 1:15 p.m.
Desirae L. Price, 20CF317, residential arson and two counts of residential arson, damage over $150, had pre-trial continued until Dec. 21, 2021.
John S. Reynolds, 21CF301, three counts of meth delivery five grams or less, had preliminary hearing and probable cause was found. The defendant pled not guilty. Pre-trial is Dec. 16, 2021. In addition, there were pre-trials in 20CF9, possession of meth between 15 and 100 grams and 20CF314, meth delivery five grams or less, which were both continued until the same date.
Status on preliminary hearings for Pamela J. Rozplochowski, 21CF103, possession of meth five grams or less and 21CF273, theft of merchandise less than $300, resulted in a waiver being filed. The defendant waived formal arraignment and pled not guilty. Pre-trial is Nov. 2, 2021. In addition, there was first appearance with counsel in 21CF273, and the matter was continued until the same date.
Nikki A. Snow, 20CF72, theft $500 or less, had pre-trial continued until Nov. 9, 2021 for presentation of a possible plea agreement.
Pre-trial for Bradley K. Spent, 19CF372, aggravated battery/strangle, resulted in jury trial being set for Feb. 7, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. and final pre-trial Jan. 25, 2021 at 1:15 p.m.
Bradley R. Worker, 21CF67, aggravated battery in a public place, had pre-trial and jury trial was set for Feb. 7, 2022, with final pre-trial on Jan. 25, 2022 at 1:15 p.m.
