Judge Christopher Matush presided over the following cases on Nov. 12, 2021:

Angela S. Bourke, 21CF36, two counts of possession of meth five grams or less and 20CF259, meth delivery between five and 15 grams and possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trial continued until Dec. 16, 2021.

Pre-trials for Brian C. Callan in three felony cases including 21CF72, possession of meth five grams or less and possession of a controlled substance, were continued until Dec. 14, 2021 for presentation of possible plea agreement.

Zachary C. Crowley, 20CF308, two counts of grooming, had pre-trial continued until Dec. 14, 2021 for a status hearing.

Trevor A. Durbin, 19CF53, criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000 and criminal damage to property less than $500, had pre-trial continued Dec. 9, 2021 for presentation of possible plea agreement.

Pre-trial for a petition to revoke probationer Willie J. Jones, 20CF298, two counts of domestic battery, had pre- trial continued until Dec. 10, 2021, for presentation of possible plea agreement.

Kendra M. Monts, 20CF261, criminal trespass to residence, had pre-trial and jury trial was set for Jan. 3, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. Final pre-trial is Dec. 14, 2021 at 1:15 p.m

Jaycee J. Rogers, 20CF263, aggravated battery of a peace officer, had status hearing on preliminary hearing continued until Dec. 13, 2021. A Notice to Appear will be sent.

Pre-trial for Dylan J. Russell, 21CF228, aggravated DUI and aggravated fleeing police, was continued until Dec.
14, 2021. A Problem Solving Court referral has been filed.

Daniel D. Skaggs, 21CF323, unlawful possession of a vehicle and aggravated fleeing, made first appearance. Probable cause was found. A bail hearing was to be held.

Pre-trial for James C. Williams, 20CF73, residential arson, was continued
until Dec. 14, 2021.
