Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk, P.O. Box 647, Taylorville, IL 62568 or with the representative, or both on or before May 31, 2022, which date is not less than six months of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
