Taylorville City Council
The Taylorville City Council will meet on Monday, December 6 at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of the Municipal Building.
Agenda includes: Ordinance approving and authorizing execution of a business development district No. 1 redevelopment agreement by and between City of Taylorville, Illinois and Matthew H. Rogers and Cozy Grind, LLC, annual abatement ordinance, water annexation, motion to approve the change order no. 1 from P.H. Broughton & Sons, Inc., for Franklin Street improvements project in the amount of $12, 077.75 net decrease, motion to approve the Mayor’s appointment of Mike Specha to the BDD Committee, City attorney updates, Mayor updates, committee reports, motion to approve and/pr ratify payment of bills, and adjournment.

Business Development District Committee Meeting
The Taylorville Business District Development Committee will meet on Wednesday, December 8 at 10:00 a.m. in the council chambers of the Municipal Building. Agenda includes: Applications received/reviewed, BDD application revisions, five year repayment plan, upper story downtown grant program, any other matters properly brought before the committee, and adjournment.

Water/Environmental Committee
The Taylorville Water/Environmental committee will meet on Thursday, December 9 at 6:00 p.m. in the municipal Building in Taylorville. Agenda includes: Solar presentation – renewable energy evolution, mostly status report, chemical bids awards, service line material bid award, water collection office update, water superintendent’s presort, any other matters properly brought before the committee, and adjournment.

Taylorville Township Board
The Taylorville Township board will meet on Wednesday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m. in the Taylorville Township Hall.
Agenda includes: Presentation of Supervisor’s bills for approval, review financial reports with bank statements, presentation of Highway Commissioners bills for approval, reports, town and road levy for approval, remodel- bids, go over audit, public correspondence, and adjournment.
