Nokomis Arrests
December 4, 2021:
Shane Horve, 27, was arrested by Nokomis PD for driving suspended.
Taylorville Arrests
December 4, 2021:
Bradley Rheude, 40, was arrested by Sangamon County for retail theft.
Melinda Kraut, 54, was arrested by TPD for possession of meth.
December 5, 2021:
Justin Sexton, 25, was arrested by TPD for violating a bail bond.
December 6, 2021:
Corey Todd, 28, was arrested by TPD for possession of meth.
Accidents
On December 3, 2021, Ethan Lee and Amahri Turner were traveling north on Route 29 in
Pana Township when they hit causing Turner to spin off the roadway and
hit a post. No injuries. Turner was towed from the scene.
On December 5, 2021, Charles Babb and Nathaniel Ridgway were traveling westbound on
IL Route 16 in Pana when Ridgway went to turn around and Babb struck
Ridgway’s vehicle. There was minor damage and no injuries reported.
