BOLINGBROOK — The Taylorville seventh grade girls basketball team traveled to Bolingbrook on Saturday to play in the IESA Class 7-4A state quarterfinals and semifinals. The Tornadoes (25-2) were victorious and will now play for the state championship on Thursday, Dec. 9, at 7:30 p.m., also in Bolingbrook against Morton Junior High (28-1). They defeated Barrington Station, 33-22, in the quarterfinal round and Lockport, 28-25 in the semifinals.
