Sean A. Groves, 19CF155, retail theft, first appearance with counsel. Preliminary hearing was set January 26, 2022.
Austin L. Mayes, 21CF2525, aggravated battery of a peace officer. The defendant plead guilty in a negotiated settlement of the case. The defendant was sentenced to four years of probatio, 214 days in jail with credit for 107 days served, and payment of fines and assessments.
