Public Meeting

City of Taylorville,

Illinois

 

A public meeting will take place on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 6:30 pm at City Hall, 115 North Main Street, Taylorville, IL for the purpose of providing general information to the public regarding the application for funding through the Rebuild Downtowns & Main Streets Capital Grant program administered by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity  (DCEO) to support improvements and encourage investment in commercial corridors and downtowns that have experienced disinvestment, particularly in communities hardest hit by the COVID-19 public health and economic crisis.

 

The public is invited to attend and comment on such issues as economic and environmental impacts, service area, alternatives to the project or any other pertinent issues regarding the project.
