Christian County Sheriff’s Office Arrests
December 10, 2021:
Matthew Morrissey, 35, was arrested by CCSO for violating a bail bond.
December 13, 2021:
Lester Ward, 46, was arrested by CCSO for possession of meth.
Pana Arrests
December 11, 2021:
Brittany Wright, 33, was arrested by Pana PD for domestic battery.
Taylorville Arrests
December 10, 2021:
Justin Sherman, 39, was arrested by TPD for aggravated battery and criminal trespassing.
Accidents
On December 8, 2021, Charles Cummings and Andrew Dunn were traveling in Johnson township at 1250 E. and 900 N. when Cummings crossed the center line and struck Dunn head on. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
On December 10, 2021, Albert Peek was traveling southbound on 1400 East Rd in Mt. Auburn township when he struck a deer. The vehicle was towed and no injuries were reported.
