Angela S. Bourke, 21CF36, two counts of possession of meth five grams or less and 20CF259, meth delivery between five and 15 grams and possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trials continued until Feb. 3, 2022.
Pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation for Abigail D. Brest, 19CF124, possession of meth between five and 15 grams, was set for hearing on Feb. 5, 2022 at 1:15 p.m.
Hearing for Jonathan L. Cohan, 21CF69, possession of meth five grams or less, had jury trial set for Mar. 7, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. and final pre-trial hearing on Feb. 15, 2022 at 1:15 p.m.
Pre-trials for Christian E. Crowder, 20CF99, aggravated battery to a peace officer and 19CF142, aggravated battery of a peace officer, was continued until Feb. 3, 2022. In addition, there was pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation in 16CF58, criminal damage to property between $300 and $10,000; battery; criminal trespass to property; and criminal damage to property less than $300, was continued until the same date.
Catherine M. Eck, 21CF79, possession of meth five grams or less, made first appearance with counsel and a pre-trial was set for Feb. 3, 2022.
Chase E. Gatons, 21CF163, aggravatedDUI involving accident and death, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 17, 2022.
Pre-trial for Leanna M. Grissom, 20CF89, arson to real property more than $150 damage, had pre-trial continued until Jan. 27, 2022.
Pre-trial for Chad R. Hammond, 18CF292, possession of meth five grams or less; possession of meth between 15 and 100 grams; driving while license revoked/suspended; and theft between $500 and $10,000, was continued until Feb. 17, 2022 for presentation of possible plea agreement.
Joshua C. Hawthorne, 21CF207, meth delivery between 15 and 100 grams and two counts of using vehicle/structure for meth and 21CF29, possession of meth five grams or less, made first appearance with counsel and preliminary hearings were set for Feb. 3, 2022.
Pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation for Melissa D. Krouse, 19CF251, meth delivery five grams or less, was set for hearing on Feb. 24, 2022, at 1:15 p.m.
Maggie M. Murphy, 21CF45, possession of a firearm with expired FOID card, appeared for a hearing and pre-trial was set for Jan. 22, 2022.
Pre-trial for Jaycee Nishke, 21CF63, aggravated battery, resulted in jury trial being set for Mar. 14, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. Final pre-trial is Feb. 22, 2022 at 1:15 p.m.
John S. Reynolds, with four felony cases including 21CF301, three counts of possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trials continued until Jan. 20, 2022.
Pre-trials for Pamela J. Rozplochowski in four felony cases, including 21CF299, two counts of meth delivery five grams or less, was continued until Feb. 3, 2022. A Problem Solving Court referral is pending.
Steven E. Wicks,20CF205, driving while license revoked/suspended, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 17, 2022. The defendant waived arraignment and pled not guilty to the charge.
