PANA — The Pana Panther Volleyball team presented Cindy Miles, Diagnostic Imaging Manager, a check from the proceeds of “Pink Night” held last month by the Panther team. Presenting the check are the senior volleyball players and their coach, Greg Cothern. The team and fans raised over $1,400. Pana has hosted Volley for the Cure since 2007. All proceeds from admission and the sale of volley for the cure t-shirts are donated to the Pana Community Hospital Foundation to support the Breast Care programs at Pana Community Hospital. This year the Pana Sports Boosters organization held a cake auction during the game and donated a portion of these proceeds to PCH in addition to the money raised by the team and fans. Making the presentation are, from left, Greg Cothern, head coach; Katy Perry, Lainey Hicks, Jadyn Bearup, Cindy Miles, Kiley Ladage, Jillian Hamilton and Rachel Holthaus.
