Court appearances Published court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Brad Paisley presided over the following

cases on Dec. 21, 2021: Jagur D. Battles, 20CF211, possession of firearm with no valid FOID card, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 3, 2022, for possible presentation of plea agreement.
Pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation for Kasey B. Cantrell, 18CF324, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Jan. 31, 2022. A Notice to Appear will be sent.

Dontrell D. Franks, 21CF116, possession of a controlled substance and 19CF330, two counts of forgery, had pre-trial continued until Feb. 17, 2022.

Thomas L. Painter, 19CF392, residential burglary and burglary, had pre-trial continued until Jan. 27, 2022, for presentation of possible plea agreement.

Pre-trials in three felony cases for Stephanie E. Reber, including 21CF310, theft between $500 and $10,000 and burglary without causing damage, was continued until Jan. 27, 2022. A Problem Solving Court referral has been made.

Larry E. Skinner, II, had pre-trials in four felony cases including 20CF173, driving with revoked/suspended license/DUI, was continued for jury trial on Feb. 7, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. with final pre- trial on Jan. 25, 2022 at 1:15 p.m.
