Johnathan T. Coady, 21CF312, meth delivery five grams or less, had preliminary hearing set for Jan. 26, 2022.
Hearing for Patrick A. Cooper, 18CF181, possession of meth five grams or less, was set for pre-trial on Feb. 2, 2022 for possible presentation of plea agreement.
Nicholas J. Dyer, 21CF255, meth delivery five grams or less and meth delivery between five and 15 grams, had pre-trial continued until Jan. 26, 2022.
First appearance for Ashley M. Gaines, 21CF335, retail theft of merchandise more than $300, had Public Defender Tiffany Senger appointed as counsel. First appearance with counsel and preliminary hearing is Feb. 2, 2022.
James A. Golden, 21CF343, possession of meth five grams or less, made first appearance in court. Probable cause had been found over the weekend. Bond was set at $7,500 (10% cash applies). Public Defender Tiffany Senger was appointed counsel. Bond reduction hearing was set for Jan. 3, 2022.
Pamela T. Miller, 04CF192, seven felony counts related to drug possession, had a motion to seal the records of the case which was continued until Jan. 25, 2022.
First appearance for a petition to revoke probation for Skyler J. Myers, 18CF184, possession of a controlled substance and 19CF243, theft of merchandise less than $300, was continued to Feb. 1, 2022.
Pre-trial for James J. Weiner, 21CF208, meth delivery between 15 and 100 grams, was continued until Jan. 17, 2022 for presentation of possible plea agreement.
