CLAIM NOTICE

Notice is given of the death of Clarence Isaac Schroader.  Letters of Office – Decedent’s Estate were issued on December 22, 2021, to KIMBERLY I. DRAKE AND TWARARA R. ALVEY, Independent Co-Executors, c/o Beavers, Calvert, Brotherton & Frisch, 221 West Main Cross, PO Box 320, Taylorville, Illinois 62568.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Christian County, Courthouse, Town Square, PO Box 617, Taylorville, IL 62568, or with the representatives, or both, on or before June 28, 2022, which date is not less than six months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.  Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representatives and to the attorney within ten days after it has been filed.
