Court appearances

Michael DeCaro, 20CF183, theft less than $500, had pre-trial continued until Jan. 4, 2022, for presentation of a possible plea agreement.
Patrick J. Gannon, 20CF264, possession of meth five grams or less, Had pre-trial continued until Feb. 10, 2022.
Status hearing for Andrea M. McDonald, 21CF155, possession of a controlled substance, was continued for preliminary hearing on Feb. 2, 2022.
Ryan D. Nance, 19CF363, criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000 and 20CF289, theft of $500 or less, had pre-trials for petitions to revoke probation and the defendant waived formal arraignment and deny the allegations contained in the petition. Status of the matter is set for Feb. 15, 2022.
Status hearing for Devin G. Prose, 19CF37, possession of a controlled substance, had a petition to revoke probation dismissed by the state.
Nikki A. Snow, 20CF72, theft of $500 or less, pled guilty in a negotiated settlement of the case. The defendant will serve 24 months of probation. Jail time was two days with credit for one day served (good time applies). She will undergo substance abuse evaluation and comply with any treatment recommended by the probation department. Fines and fees total $647.00.
