Published court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Judge Amanda Ade-Harlow presided over the following cases on Jan. 3, 2022:
James A. Golden, 21CF343, possession of meth five grams or less and possession of drug paraphernalia, had a hearing for a motion for bail reduction which was granted. He will be released on $7,500 recognizance bond. Preliminary hearing was set for Feb. 16, 2022.
Hearing for George T. Bailey, 20CF260, aggravated domestic battery; domestic battery; and aggravated battery of a peace office and 19CF114, possession of meth five grams or less, was continued until Jan. 7, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. A motion to suppress evidence will also be heard.
Pre-trials for Mason R. Hunnicutt, 20CF44, aggravated fleeing police and aggravated fleeing and 20CF281, aggravated domestic battery/strangle, was continued until Feb. 14, 2022 for presentation of possible plea agreement.
Danielle P. Peters, 20CF244, aggravated battery/public place, had pre-trial continued until Jan.28, 2022.
Pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation for Matthew S. Tarrant, 21CF91, burglary; burglary without causing damage; and possession of burglary tools, was continued until Jan. 21, 2022.
Chad E. Tungate, 21CF344, retail theft of merchandise more than $300, made first appearance with counsel and preliminary hearing was set for Feb. 17, 2022.
First appearance with counsel for Stephanie L. Weaver, 21CF349, possession of stolen vehicle and driving under the influence of drugs, resulted in a preliminary hearing being set for Jan. 21, 2022. An oral motion for bond reduction was denied. Bond remained at $7,500 (10% cash applies).
